Internet guidelines (Policy)

Information to ensure email traffic

Emails containing attachments larger than 50 MBytes will not be accepted. Furthermore, emails with viruses or other dubious content are blocked. Emails with archive files (e.g. .zip) that contain folders with more than 10 nesting depths or have checksum errors, as well as password-protected archives, will not be accepted. An SPF (Sender Policy Framework) check is carried out before delivery. Emails that do not comply with the SPF guidelines of the sending organisation (sender domain) (hardfail) will not be accepted.

Attachments with the following formats (file extensions) will not be accepted:

.scr .vbs .bat .ink .pif .com .exe .cpl .wsh .ocx .asp .reg
